I am really happy to have found the group. After having spent a total of 10 years in McHenry County, 8 of which were totally closeted, it feels great to finally feel like I'm a part of something local. I've always been a very shy and non-outgoing person, and this group has made me feel extremely comfortable. The atmosphere of our group is such that if someone has nothing to say or feeling "quiet" at any time, they can feel comfortable in just being there, and listening to other people talk.
